The Kennesaw Business Association and the City of Kennesaw invite you and your family to sample over forty local restaurants from the Kennesaw and Cobb County area. Who doesn’t like to eat?This is a great way to sample all your favorite restaurants again and again!
More than 40 restaurants participated in the 2011 Taste of Kennesaw and we expect even more this year.Grab an adult beverage from the beer garden, sample delicious food, and sit back and listen to great music!!The Taste of Kennesaw will benefit five local charities:
·Shop with a Mustang (Kennesaw Mountain High School)
·Shop with a Warrior (North Cobb High School)
·Shop with a Longhorn (Kell High School)
·Jerry Worthan Community Christmas Fund
Admission to the Taste is FREE with food samples costing $1.00 to $4.00 each.
Taste of Kennesaw Beer Garden will be under a huge tent with plenty of seating to sit back and wash down the delicious samples of food with an ice cold brew! The Taste of Kennesaw beer garden will feature acoustic sounds of Scott Thompson from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. The Main Street entertainment stage will have local entertainment all day and culminate with Banks and Shane in concert at 6:00 p.m.
There will be a wide variety of children’s activities from a Quad Bungee, Rockwall, inflatable slides, bounces, a trackless train and much more.
Parking will be available throughout the downtown area as well as Adams Park and First Baptist Church of Kennesaw. Handicap parking will be in the Depot parking lot.
